TryHackMe is a platform with many learning paths. It has simple lessons that
teach real-world application in both Blue & Red Team activities. The "King of
the Hill" competition where users must conquer a machine then patch the machine
before another team can compromise the machine. There are many challenges
where one can earn badges and competitions to practice skills.

Hack the Box is a learning platform that gamifies the hacking experience. There
is a vash knowledge-base and numerous competitions like "battleground" and "CTFs"
You can find the
academy for an
interactive step-by-step approach and a
hacking playground
for an exploitation of common systems.
Udemy is a collection of instructor-lead videos that help students from any
experience level learn more. The categories range from business and personal
growth to design and health/fitess. It also has a huge collection of IT and
cybersecurity courses that teach basics to specific tools more in-depth.
Udemy runs sales fairly often on courses so don't miss out!
ITU Online is a subscription-based service that has all things Information
Technology. The courses range from basic IT and Cybersecurity courses to specific
certification prep courses. ITU Online offers great walk-throughs and resources
for students who are just starting out or want to excel their careers.
The LetsDefend platform allows students to simulate a real-world SOC environment
and analyze actual incidents in a virtual lab. It does have a free version and a
paid version which allows learners to evaluate more incidents but the free version
is a great start! Students will utlize enterprise tools and be exposed to numerous
branches in the security world. It is super easy to register an account and join
the
Blue Team!
